Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
Age: Not more than 45 years (Age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates).
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and internet applications.
Must have practical working knowledge of Hospital ERP (Hospital Management Information System - HMIS). Candidates without ERP experience will not be considered.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain customer service records using ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer handling skills.
Experience
Minimum 7 (Seven) years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Front Office, or a similar role.
Experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, or diagnostic center will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome patients, visitors, and attendants and ensure a positive patient experience.
Assist patients with registration, appointments, admissions, discharges, and hospital service inquiries.
Handle patient complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, billing, and other departments to resolve patient concerns.
Monitor patient satisfaction and follow up on service quality.
Guide patients regarding hospital facilities, policies, and procedures.
Maintain records of customer complaints, suggestions, and resolutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital customer service standards and policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management including renewing regulation affairs.
