Position: Receptionist (02 Positions)

Job Responsibilities
· Welcome and receive clients, visitors, investors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and projects.
· Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
· Coordinate meetings and assist management with administrative support.
· Receive and distribute correspondence, courier packages, and official documents.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
· Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and presentations.
· Prepare daily reports and maintain office records.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
· Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English, or any relevant discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position will be preferred.
* Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
