Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

  • Manage clients scheduling and meeting arrangements.

  • Keep attendance, leave, and basic HR/admin records.

  • Organize files, maintain confidentiality, and update contact lists.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.

  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Any other task assigned by the HR Dept.

  • Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for local and overseas trips.

  • Professional communication social media comments and messages.

  • Shifting duty 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
