Experience:
Design, implement, and review the sales plan to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
Execute the sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and support the organization’s vision.
Lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through effective guidance, motivation, and performance tracking.
Establish guidelines for developing an effective sales strategy, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Train up subordinate team members on client searching, client visit & product presentation.
Consistently hit monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, relationship building, and in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trend.
Monitor all incoming sales call through prescribed format and distribute these in sales team.
Arrange warm up session on daily basis with sales team to motivate team to keep or maintain the pace of daily activities.
Maintain a strong customer relationship to encourage repeat business and referrals by providing necessary information and services to clients in an efficient way as per policy of the organization.
Visit & find out prospective clients and create new market opportunity and arrange project visit for potential customers.
Prepare weekly, monthly sales report, Visit Report & submit it to Higher Authority.
Deal potential customers to convince them for buying our product & take necessary actions to finalize sales deal.
Conduct sales campaigns and activation programs to drive brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Provide input for marketing initiatives, including feedback on promotional materials and assistance with lead generation activities.
Keep a keen eye on competitors’ activities, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management that align with the role’s objectives.
