Required Skills
Deep understanding of the Bangladesh power sector market and industrial landscape.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and corporate presentation skills.
Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLD) and understand technical specifications of electrical equipment.

Role Overview: As the Manager of Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core verticals: Substations, Generators, and Solar energy solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and commercial sales, building strong relationships with industrial clients, real estate developers, government bodies, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for turnkey substation projects, industrial generators, and solar power installations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with factory owners, project managers, consultants, and procurement heads across various industries.
Technical Sales: Understand client requirements, present technical solutions, and collaborate with the engineering team to prepare accurate technical and financial proposals.
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects to design effective sales and marketing strategies.
Tender Participation: Oversee the preparation and submission of government and private tenders (RFQ/RFP) related to power sectors.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
