To support its growing sales operations and strengthen its market position, TDSL is seeking dynamic, energetic, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Executive (Sales & Business Development). The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to the company’s long-term success in the competitive building materials sector of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell renowned global brands such as American Standard, Laufen, DDecor, Crestron, Lutron, etc.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers including real estate companies, architects, consultants, dealers, and corporate clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Bangladesh real estate and building materials market, especially sanitary ware, tiles, and related products.

  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-up communications through meetings, phone calls, and emails.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents accurately and professionally.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to successfully close sales.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities as assigned by management.

Attend regular team meetings and share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices with colleagues.
