Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell renowned global brands such as American Standard, Laufen, DDecor, Crestron, Lutron, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers including real estate companies, architects, consultants, dealers, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Bangladesh real estate and building materials market, especially sanitary ware, tiles, and related products.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-up communications through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents accurately and professionally.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to successfully close sales.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities as assigned by management.
Attend regular team meetings and share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices with colleagues.
