• Capable of working under pressure and achieving monthly sales targets.

#Educational_Requirements:

Bachelor’s / Honors degree in any discipline

#Experience_Requirements:

Minimum 2/4 years of experience

Real Estate / Developer Companies

Candidates experienced in land and Resort sales will be given preference

#Key Responsibilities:

>Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals

>Facilitate property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences

>Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization

>Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention

>Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in market
