Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
Lead, guide, and closely monitor the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs to optimize sales planning and execution.
Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market positioning.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency and performance.
Set clear individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill development programs.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
