Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and energetic professional with proven experience in the real estate industry to lead and motivate our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.

  • Lead, guide, and closely monitor the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and revenue growth.

  • Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs to optimize sales planning and execution.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market positioning.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Set clear individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill development programs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales journey.

  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure.

  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.

  • Coordinate closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and branding teams to execute effective promotional activities.
