Experience:
• 10 to 12 years of progressive sales experience.
• Must have a proven track record working in a renowned Real Estate company in Bangladesh.
• Must possess a strong personal sales record with a proven history of closing high-value deals in the real estate sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a core senior management/leadership role within the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
• Market Knowledge: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the Bangladeshi real estate/land market, property products, and competitor movements.
• Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and outstanding sales presentation skills.
• Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and data reporting systems.
• Interpersonal Traits: Highly self-motivated team player with a high level of integrity, commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and update comprehensive annual sales strategies and operational plans to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual and group KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of sales excellence.
• Market Expansion: Initiate action plans to identify new potential markets, real estate trends, and fresh sales opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, strong relationships with existing customers, high-net-worth clients, corporate partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Operational Supervision: Oversee the daily operations and management of the sales department with an independent mindset and high ownership.
• Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline analytics, and strategic performance reports to senior management.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs within the sales team and ensure proper development programs are executed.
Education
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
