Responsibilities & Context:
  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents warmly, directing them to appropriate counselors or departments.

  • Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls, manage emails, and provide basic information regarding educational courses, visas, and consulting services.

  • Administrative Support: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm student appointments; manage student records; and maintain office supplies.

  • Documentation Assistance: Assist with gathering documents for student applications and visa processing.

  • Front Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.

  • Marketing/Social Media: Assist with promotional activities and social media updates.
