Achieve assigned individual sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings with potential customers to arrange project visits and present detailed project briefings to maximize sales opportunities.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from clients and associates.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify repeat business and new opportunities.
Identify and secure sales leads, and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Update customer segmentation and profiling information in the ERP system within the stipulated timeframe.
Support the team in closing sales deals and finalizing client agreements.
Collaborate with internal departments including Construction, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote projects and generate leads.
