  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and market data.

  • Maintain promotional materials by coordinating requirements with the Digital/Marketing team, managing inventory, placing orders, and verifying receipt of materials.

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities by organizing schedules, assignments, and required materials.

  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Sales and Marketing team on a regular basis.

  • Manage SIM card allocation & Email ID for employees by maintaining proper records and coordinating with the HR/IT/Administration team for issuance and tracking.

  • Coordinate seat/workstation allocation for new joiners and internal transfers in collaboration with the Administration and HR departments.

  • Process sales incentive claims by compiling performance data, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with the Finance department for timely disbursement.

  • Process employee expense bills (e.g., TA/DA, marketing expenses, promotional expenses, medical bill) by verifying supporting documents and submitting them to Finance / HR for settlement.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of operational, administrative, and marketing support activities.
