We are looking for a smart, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketing Officer to expand our professional network and increase patient referrals. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to promote our hair transplant and hair restoration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists, general physicians, plastic surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

• Visit doctors and healthcare facilities regularly to introduce the clinic's services.

• Develop referral partnerships with medical professionals and healthcare organizations.

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness programs.

• Organize CME programs, seminars, and networking events.

• Prepare daily visit reports and achieve monthly marketing targets.

• Coordinate with the management team to implement marketing strategies.

• Represent the clinic professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, or medical marketing (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field visits.

• Good presentation and reporting skills.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
