Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

  • Identify high-demand products (TVs, refrigerators, fans, lighting, wiring, etc.) and promote them effectively.

  • Track competitor pricing and promotions to stay competitive.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure personalized customer support for both retail and bulk buyers (contractors, offices, institutions).

  • Handle escalated complaints and provide quick solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise showroom sales staff.

  • Conduct product knowledge sessions (features, warranties, installation guidance).

  • Motivate the team with incentives and recognition programs.

4. Showroom Operations

  • Maintain attractive product displays with proper lighting and demo units.

  • Coordinate with marketing for seasonal promotions (Eid offers, clearance sales, bundle deals).

  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, branding, and compliance with company standards.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Monitor stock levels of fast-moving items (bulbs, switches, cables) and high-value appliances.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and avoid stock-outs.

  • Manage warranty claims and defective product returns efficiently.

6. Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Oversee billing, discounts, and credit sales policies.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and company financial procedures.

  • Control operational costs to maximize profitability.
