Job Context:
∎ Identify and develop national business opportunities in countries, rest as assigned Machinery, Computer & Electronic Accessories, hand making, leather & Jut making products;
∎ Create customers, Dealers & Distributors in private sectors across the country;
∎ Role in field force/remote as Permanent/contractual basis Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customers at field level;
∎ Visit offices to develop corporate clients;
∎ Achieve assigned sales target;
∎ Develop strong relationships with customers;
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them (as per the service policy of the organization);
∎ Create customers, Dealers & Distributors in private sectors across the country;
∎ Visit potential customers and maintain updated list;
∎ Market analysis of the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants with 2-3 years of experience (in sales, corporate sales, customer support/client service, corporate marketing, and retail stores/shops) will get preference;
∎ Candidates have to be smart, confident and self-motivated;
∎ Candidates must understand the client's needs and identify the scope for sales opportunities;
∎ Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with information collection;
∎ Strong price negotiation capability;
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability;
∎ Solid analytical ability, good presentation and convincing skills;
∎ Excellent face-to-face and over phone communication ability to convince customers;
∎ Written and oral communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable;
∎ Must have computer proficiency, internet browsing and email using capability;
∎ Candidates who have frequent job switching tendencies are requested not to apply.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8500 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Negotiable 8500 to 15000 tk. Monthly for this role in field force/remote;
Performance-based career certificate;
As per your performance, you may be eligible as permanent employee.
