∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generating leads. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
∎ Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Understanding and promoting company programs.
∎ Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
∎ Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
∎ Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic sales and marketing representatives. Who has willing to work in real estate, architecture and interior or similar marketing/sales industry. The candidates should have at least one to three years of experience. Obtaining leads for the sales and marketing team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
