• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience in a similar role. (No need to apply if you don`t have hands-on experience with designing and completing large-scale commercial interior projects.)

• Additional certificates or licenses may be appreciated.

• Sound knowledge of Sketch-up modelling, rendering and construction drawings.

• Great leadership and organizational skills.Superb project management skills.

• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.Great written and verbal communication skills.

• A willingness to learn.

What we are looking for:

• Professional degree in Architecture, interior design or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-ray, Lumion, D5 Render, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.Excellent creativity in design, color, and spatial arrangements.

• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of sustainable building practices.
