∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must.
∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution
∎ Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
∎ Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

∎ Regular Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
∎ Stay Current: Always be aware of new trends in social media.
