Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the coordination and support retail department to the implementation of operational activities in the stores of Bay Emporium Limited.
∎ Achieving 100% or more business against target in each store (turnover & pairs).
∎ To conduct the business effectively and profitably in all stores
∎ Maintaining a high standard of service to customers.
∎ Follow up merchandise for the stores.
∎ Follow-up store development activities .
∎ Assist in HR activities.
∎ Maintain store maintenance activities .
∎ Coordinate real estate matters
∎ Safeguarding company's asses and interest .
∎ Supervising and keeping all controllable store operation expenses at a minimum.
