Should be insightful about Labor Law/Civil/Criminal Law.
Having Membership in Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.
Land vetting & documentation.
Providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice to higher authority.
Studying police reports, interview transcripts, keeping records and other facts to make a case as plaintiff or defendant.
Prepare various deeds, agreement and documents like as Sale deed. Agreement for Sale, Contract of Employment, Labor and Industrial Relations papers. Exchange deeds. Gift deeds,
Appearing before legislative and regulatory bodies of government agencies like Ministry. Land Appeal Board, RAJUK, Labor Department and Labor Courts, Environment Directorate and related Courts, Police Stations and Circles, WAQF Administrator. Settlement Courts, Registrar and Sub-Registrar offices, AC (Land) and Union Land Offices etc. As well as conducting sale and purchase procedures of land and immovable properties, Mutation and Survey procedures etc.
Advising colleagues on all legal matters, suggesting courses of action and giving support, recognition and rewards to junior staff
Preparing arguments to be heard in a trial and attending hearings at court.
Gathering and organizing evidence on behalf of clients to present evidence in court of law to support the employer in legal proceedings and looking for evidence that will back up a case
Advising the Board of Directors on their legal rights and obligations.
Researching precedents in law libraries and then using the finding to provide defiance for the company and support their cases in court
Writing up legal documents like sale deeds, agreement for sale, will, trusts and gifts etc. and Interviewing witnesses, defendants and clients
Acting as an intermediary between barristers, lawyers and clients and visiting stakeholders at their homes, work places etc.
Interpreting and explaining the law clearly to both individual and business clients.
Coordinating planning and building regulations applications.
Advising businesses on the impact, interpretation and implementation of new policies and legislation.
