Additional Requirements: - Should be insightful about Labor Law and labor rule.
- Must have Experienced in working at Export oriented Factory.
- Leather bag-related experienced candidates will get priority
- Expert in HRIS Operation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: - Manpower recruitment as per requirement & after medical fitness input the data of newly recruited employees’ daily basis.
- Maintaining personal files, service records, police verification & it updating, Keeping file and Official Documents.
- Prepare salary sheet, OT sheet & pay slip and cross check.
- Prepare Off day bill, Tiffin Bill, Ifter Bill, Efficiency Bill etc.
- Biometric data Management and maintain attendance, leave & movement etc. and keep records month wise.
- Preparation of daily manpower status on daily basis
- Daily attendance of employees, input & preservation of corrected daily attendances and overtime records.
- Visit production floor for necessary cross checking of attendance & overtime.
- Responsible for salary and compensation management benefits like: EL, maternity leave benefit, Termination benefit bill, resign, dismissal, outgoing & unpaid bill others benefit etc.
- Verify attendance, extra hours worked for daily workers (including contractual employees), pay adjustments at the time of payroll.
- Prepare documents in relation to accident and workers compensation.
- Ensure the Office timing of the Workers.
- Arrange and conduct training as per buyer and company COC, employee Grievance Handling.
- Check the security system work properly.
- Ensure factory discipline (office in time, out time, lunch time, wear ID card, worker canteen and apron.),
- Every day check the absent list for separation and take necessary disciplinary action for separated employee send letter to the absent employees by post or received physically.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with government and non-government organizations to ensure smooth factory operations and timely task completion, proactively managing issues to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain a disciplinary action register & motivational works for workers regarding absents.
- Maintain Foreigners staff dormitory issues and Local staff canteen management.
- Emergency medical support during any kind of injured case.
- Transport(light vehicle) Management.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for administrative needs, such as security, transport and others.
