Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with factory workers and management.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Sound understanding of factory compliance, labor law, and worker welfare practices will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle worker grievances, disciplinary issues, and welfare-related matters with empathy and professionalism.
Familiarity with HR/compliance documentation, audit support, and record keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, reporting, and documentation handling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibly manage sensitive worker and compliance-related information.
