Responsibilities & Context:

Application is invited from the qualified and experienced candidates for the position of HR Executive on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.

Job Responsibilities

  • To identify staffing needs for doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.

  • To post job advertisements and screen candidates.

  • To assist in conducting interviews and coordinate hiring with department heads.

  • To handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.

  • To maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.

  • To Track attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

  • To prepare HR reports for management.

  • To assist in salary processing and benefits administration.

  • To manage overtime, allowances, and deductions.

  • To coordinate with finance for payroll accuracy.

  • To assist in organizing training programs for hospital staff members.

  • To handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.

  • To promote a positive work culture and staff engagement.

  • To support disciplinary procedures when required.

  • To maintain confidentiality of employee information.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • To support performance appraisal processes.

  • To track staff performance and help management with evaluations.

  • To execute any other assignment as and when required by the competent authority.
