The mandatory eligibility of this position is to have a solid HR & Compliance background (preferably currently working in the similar role in a Retailing / Sourcing / Liaison / Buying / Trading Office or RMG Factory for at least 10 years
Additional Requirements
EMS /ISO- 14001 Auditors training.
SA-8000 basic and advanced certification
Certification of Health & Safety in OHSAS/ ISO 18001.
Knowledge in Environmental Audits and Sustainability Certifications.
NIBOSH, NIRAPON, ILO, ETC base Occupational Health & Safety Training
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to promoting a positive company culture.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing recruitment, performance and employee records.
Deep knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Laws, ICS, BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, Higg (FEM), Higg (SLCP), WRAP, C-TPAT, GTW, SQP Audits
Strong leadership, Interpersonal, Analytical and Communication skills, with the ability to engage with Employees, Customers and Suppliers at all levels.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resource & People Management
Take care of the total hiring cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide HR support.
Address disciplinary issues with a focus on fairness and adherence to company policies.
Adopt a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement practices and programs.
Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
Develop and execute talent management strategies to nurture high-potential employees and ensure succession planning.
Compliance & Sustainability
Prepare our factory for any buyer’s visit / 3rd Party audits.
Closely follow up on the reported CAP by Internal and External Audits.
Carry out any special assignment/project as per management and organizational interest.
Properly maintain team activity and assign them to the respective factories as per the situation.
Maintain the deadline of the buyer`s weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annually requirements.
Ensure implementation of buyer COC, labor law and international rules in the concerned suppliers/ factories.
Interconnected with different operational teams of the company and guide them as per customers’ requirements.
Regularly communication with customers, factories, audit companies & other offices for audit / CAP / remediation update / progress / work purposes.
Take proper steps to improve factory conditions that will get nonconformity from buyers and follow all the possible steps to resolve within a sustainable manner.
