MBA / Masters in International Business / Marketing / Business Development from any reputed Public / Private University and / or Relevant Educational Background.
Experience Requirements:
12 – 15 years (with at least 5 years Work Experience in similar Position in any Garment Manufacturing / Trading / Sourcing / Buying Office

This is Senior Level Independent Supervisory Position reporting directly to MGT
The objective of this Position is to generate new business, expand the existing business, able to lead a team to fulfill customers service demand and keep pace in-line with the overall Business growth of the Company.
Need extensive traveling, experience in customers meeting, cost price negotiations, ability to take instant and correct decision.

We are urgently looking for extremely dynamic Person to lead our South American and North American Business Unit. They must be able to generate organic business from this market and grow the existing business by fulfilling existing customers’ demand. They must be able to keep the pace with the need within, beside and beyond the boundaries, want to learn-unlearn-relearn, zeal to compete against time, know the nitty-gritty of Channel Building, Liaise Making, Searching & Sourcing New Customers, Products and Processes. Negotiation Skills, In-Depth Costing Knowledge and Understanding of the etiquettes of Communications are the MUST criteria for this position
