The mandatory eligibility of this position is to have a solid Finance & Accounting background (preferably currently working in the similar role in a Retailing / Sourcing / Liaison / Buying / Trading Office or RMG Factory for at least 10 years
Additional Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Soft Skills in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Tally, etc.

Responsibilities:
Perform Cash Book Audit, Record of Cash Transaction & Disbursements.
Check Salary, Payments, Conveyance Bills, Bonuses, Incentives, Other Bills, etc. and Perform daily Bank Transection.
Bills received from Factories, Suppliers, Service Providers and check documentation properly and posting in the System.
Check Import, Export & Local Transport Bills, Courier Management, Freight Services, Various Fees, Bills, etc.
Check daily local cash & credit purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of receipts & payments voucher.
Handling communications by email or phone call or direct conversation with internal and external parties efficiently and professionally.
Maintaining accounts register, cash book, ledger and record of transaction, disbursements, receiving and others properly.
Managing project files, maintaining & updating files, recording them accurately in each project in an organized manner (both digital and physical).
Managing Inventory & Procurement functions, coordinate with vendors and maintain stocks register for accurate supplies management and proper purchase records.
Data Entry & Documentation: Accurate data entry of financial information into relevant software/systems.
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for management as required for all sundries, bills, payments, assets, disbursements, etc.
Perform any other additional tasks assigned by the management related to banking, finance, taxations, licensing, approvals, assets management, accounting, etc.
