Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • GPA 4.00 in both SSC and HSC

  • CGPA 3.00 in BBA/MBA (HRM)

  • PGD-HRM will get preference.

Skills Required: Artificial Inteligence Usage,Labor Law,Labour Rules,Microsoft PowerPoint,MS Excel

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Hands on Experience in HRIS (KORMEE)

  • Sound knowledge of BLA 2006 with latest amendment.

  • Microsoft Office Suit.

  • Usage of AI tools



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensures daily attendance and duty roster through (HRIS) KORMEE System in a regular basis.

  • Investigates and understand causes for staff absences.

  • Makes 100% correct in the KORMEE system to disburse the salary and service charge.  

  • Recommends solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties

  • Provides basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles

  • Provides advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions

  • Monitors scheduled absences and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services

  • Informs affected staff of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services

  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing employee service

  • Prepares various certificates, Appreciation letters, Regret Letters, confirmation letters and outside correspondence letters.

  • Issues Medical referral form & keeping records.

  • Keeps records of all the distributed letters.

  • Communicates & keeps relationship with different organizations who are working for the development of the deprived community.

  • Prepares HR Event calendar, Maintains –Arranges & Coordinates HR Event like Staff Birthday/Night Staff Breakfast etc (including Banquet reservation, menu selection, food arrangement etc).

  • Coordinate and arrange Reward –Recognition program such as Radisson employee of the month/ supervisor of the quarter/ Manager of the quarter

  • Take initiative in special events arrangement such as Annual gift distribution, Staff picnic, Blood Donation program, Year ending feast.

  • Assignment given by the supervisor
