Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Execute full recruitment cycle: requisition receipt, job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processing.

  2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and agencies.

  3. Shortlist candidates as per job requirements and coordinate interviews with line managers.

  4. Conduct initial HR interviews and assist in technical/departmental interviews.

  5. Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, company platforms, and social media.

  6. Maintain a strong employer brand by ensuring professional candidate communication and experience.

  7. Schedule interviews, prepare interview sheets, and ensure panel availability.

  8. Maintain interview records, evaluation forms, and selection approvals.

  9. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation in coordination with HR Operations.

  10. Assist HR Manager in manpower planning and recruitment forecasting.

  11. Track vacancies, hiring status, and time-to-fill metrics.

  12. Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.

  13. Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.
