Responsibilities & Context:
  • Serve as the strategic HR focal point for the assigned business portfolio, ensuring alignment between business priorities and HR initiatives.

  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition execution, partnering with business leaders to ensure timely, quality hiring aligned with workforce plans.

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless documentation, policy adherence, and data integrity.

  • Facilitate effective performance management by coordinating goal cascading, appraisal processes, and merit decisions in collaboration with business leadership.

  • Ensure operational excellence in payroll inputs, attendance governance, benefits administration, and compliance management.

  • Proactively manage employee relations matters, fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and constructive conflict resolution.

  • Support or lead structured separation management including retention dialogue, exit insights analysis, and final settlement coordination.

  • Generate actionable HR analytics and portfolio-level insights to support workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
