Experience:

• At least 20 years

• Graduation (B.Sc.) in Economics from any Public or Foreign University.

• Post-graduation (M.Sc.) in Economics and Business Administration from any Public or Foreign University.

• At least 20 years

• Age At least 45 years

• At least 20 years of experience in the global FMCG industry.

• Minimum of 12 years of global exposure in senior leadership roles, including 5 years as CEO/Vice President in relevant industries.

• Proven ability in developing strategic and business plans.

• Responsible for facilitating strategic international cooperation between Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) and Bangladesh across key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, green energy, and education.

• Actively identifies and engages potential Scandinavian partners for trade and investment opportunities, promoting sustainable economic growth and bilateral business expansion.

• Establishes and maintains institutional relationships between Scandinavian embassies and ACI to support collaborative initiatives.

• Initiates and manages exchange programs for Nordic students to intern in Bangladesh, fostering cross-cultural professional development.

• Monthly base salary not exceeding BDT 5,00,000/- net or equivalent to not exceeding USD 4,000/- net as per the company pay scale.

• Other benefits – negotiable as per the company policy, depending on the candidature.
