Education:
Graduation (B.Sc.) in Economics from any Public or Foreign University.
Post-graduation (M.Sc.) in Economics and Business Administration from any Public or Foreign University.

- Age At least 45 years
At least 20 years of experience in the global FMCG industry.
Minimum of 12 years of global exposure in senior leadership roles, including 5 years as CEO/Vice President in relevant industries.
Proven ability in developing strategic and business plans.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for facilitating strategic international cooperation between Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) and Bangladesh across key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, green energy, and education.
Actively identifies and engages potential Scandinavian partners for trade and investment opportunities, promoting sustainable economic growth and bilateral business expansion.
Establishes and maintains institutional relationships between Scandinavian embassies and ACI to support collaborative initiatives.
Initiates and manages exchange programs for Nordic students to intern in Bangladesh, fostering cross-cultural professional development.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly base salary not exceeding BDT 5,00,000/- net or equivalent to not exceeding USD 4,000/- net as per the company pay scale.
Other benefits – negotiable as per the company policy, depending on the candidature.
