• Function as the Plant Finance Controller and is responsible for the application of CP’s financial policies, procedures, and systems.

• Ensures decision-making processes are consistent with guiding principles.

• Establishes clear direction and continuous improvement expectations for the Plant.

• Leads the development of the Plant’s financial strategies.

• Leads product costing and variance analysis processes, providing actionable insights to support operational efficiency and cost optimization.

• Provides top-level direction for estimates (budget, LE’s, Put & Takes), payroll, and commitments.

• Liaises with other functions – Finance, Purchasing, and Product Supply Chain – both internal and external (statutory auditors).

• Responsible for Cost Targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

• Provides business support and financial expertise for Plant Management (Scenario analysis, returns on capital investments).

• Responsible for financial systems continuous improvement results.

• Responsible for overseeing all plant budgets to ensure that the plant meets all LE targets.

• Responsible for ensuring that the plant meets funding the growth requirements.

• Reviews Internal Controls of the factory and undertakes Audits to find out control gaps.
