Responsibilities & Context:
Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain precise records of daily financial transactions, expenses, and cash flows.
Client Billing: Prepare invoices, track booking money, and monitor installment collections from property buyers.
Vendor Payments: Verify and process bills from contractors, material suppliers, and land owners.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate ledger balances.
Tax & VAT Assistance: Assist in preparing monthly VAT, Advance Income Tax (AIT), and withholding tax documentation.
Data Entry: Input financial data accurately into ERP systems and accounting software.
Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital vouchers, receipts, and project files.
