Honors / Masters, Proficient in Computer.

• Age 21 to 35 years

• Maintain daily accounting records, including cash book, ledger, and journals.

• Prepare, verify, and process vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.

• Handle bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.

• Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.

• Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.

• Perform data entry and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software.

• Manage office documentation, including typing, printing, scanning, and filing.

• Handle email correspondence and other routine computer-related office tasks.

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
