Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation (Hon’s) & Post-graduation (Master’s) in Business Studies/ Commerce.
∎ Professional certification – ACMA from CIMA or FCMA from ICMAB.
∎ Diploma/equivalent degree in Business Performance from a recognized foreign institute.
∎ At least 20 years of experience in reputed multinational companies, including 12 years in strategic role in financial management.
∎ At least 10 years of global exposure in a leadership role (experience in European, Middle-East and African markets will be given priority).
∎ Proven ability in driving business transformation.
∎ Age at least 45 years.

∎ Provide regional leadership across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to grow market presence, forge strategic partnerships, launch and scale markets, drive revenue growth, and oversee investment roadmap.
∎ Drive profitable growth through strategic execution, embrace digital transformation, and enhance customer loyalty with innovative programs.
∎ Drive business transformation through operational excellence, corporate strategy, and digital integration to build a future-ready organization.
∎ Lead project, people, and impact initiatives by securing funding, managing strategic projects, and developing talent for the company’s growth.
∎ Provide finance business partnership through coaching, financial advisory, and strengthening governance to align with strategic goals.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly CTC up to from BDT 8.54 Mn – BDT 9.76 Mn or equivalent up to USD 70,000.00 – USD 80,000.00 as per the company pay scale (inclusive of yearly BDT 13.00 Mn – BDT 14.50 Mn one-time benefits & BDT 4.00 Mn – 5.00 Mn yearly Performance related variable benefits or equivalent in USD)
∎ Other benefits – negotiable as per the company policy depending on the candidature.
