Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Rupayan Group is seeking a competent and proactive Senior Executive – HR & Admin to strengthen its Human Resources and Administrative operations. The position requires hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, compliance, and overall office administration. The selected candidate will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR and administrative functions across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process

  • Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR documentation

  • Assist in the performance appraisal and employee evaluation process

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures

  • Organize training, development, and employee engagement programs

  • Oversee office administration and facility management

  • Supervise support staff and manage vendors/service providers

  • Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance standards

  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management
