  • At least 07 years working experience in any reputed organization (Real Estate Company preferable)

  • Sound knowledge of payroll software systems, recruitment processes, and Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Energetic, highly proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP software and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Context

We are looking to hire a Senior Executive (HR & Admin) with an excellent academic background and strong analytical abilities. The candidate must have outstanding aptitude, strong IT proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in a timely manner and maintain a potential candidate pool for immediate hiring needs.

  • Monitor and oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support related to logistics, security, housekeeping, and supervision of support staff.

  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.

  • Liaise with local government and non-government officials.

  • Efficiently manage employee personal files, ensure proper documentation, and update the internal database regularly.

  • Check and verify daily employee attendance and administer leave management.

  • Assist in circulating various notices, office orders, and other official communications.

  • Assist in gathering payroll data for the monthly salary process.

  • Foster a positive working environment with all department heads.

  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.

  • Assess training needs and coordinate training programs accordingly.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management functions.

  • Conduct proper exit interviews for separated employees and take appropriate follow-up actions.
