Experience:
BBA and MBA in HRM (O & A Level background will be given preference).
At least 07 years working experience in any reputed organization (Real Estate Company preferable)
Sound knowledge of payroll software systems, recruitment processes, and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Energetic, highly proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
Strong knowledge of ERP software and MS Office applications.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process in a timely manner and maintain a potential candidate pool for immediate hiring needs.
Monitor and oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Provide day-to-day administrative support related to logistics, security, housekeeping, and supervision of support staff.
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Liaise with local government and non-government officials.
Efficiently manage employee personal files, ensure proper documentation, and update the internal database regularly.
Check and verify daily employee attendance and administer leave management.
Assist in circulating various notices, office orders, and other official communications.
Assist in gathering payroll data for the monthly salary process.
Foster a positive working environment with all department heads.
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
Assess training needs and coordinate training programs accordingly.
Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management functions.
Conduct proper exit interviews for separated employees and take appropriate follow-up actions.
