Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
At least 07 years working experience in any reputed organization (Real Estate Company preferable)
Sound knowledge of payroll software systems, recruitment processes, and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Energetic, highly proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
Strong knowledge of ERP software and MS Office applications.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
প্রত্যেহ নির্ধারিত সময়ে উপস্থিত হয়ে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত গাড়ির পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যন্ত্রাংশ যেমন: রেডিয়েটর কুল্যান্ট, চাকার প্রেসার, ব্রেক সিস্টেম, লুব্রিকেন্ট, লাইট, জ্বালানি ইত্যাদি নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা।
সতর্কতার সাথে গাড়ি চালানো এবং প্রতিদিন গাড়ি ধৌত করা।
গাড়ি চালানোর সময় ট্রাফিক নিয়ম-কানুনসহ সকল প্রচলিত আইন মেনে চলা।
গাড়িতে সর্বদা বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সংরক্ষণ করা।
গাড়ির সকল কাগজপত্র হালনাগাদ রাখা এবং কোনো ডকুমেন্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার ন্যূনতম ০১ মাস পূর্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগকে অবহিত করা।
