MBA/Master's in human resources management from a reputed University.
Job Specifications:
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management is required.
Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
Disciplinary issues handling and DIFE issue management with strong adherence to labor laws and rules and company policies.
Proficient in SAP HCM module is preferred.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
Radiant Distributions Limited (RDL) caters as the sole distributor of all manufacturing entities of Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its affiliated companies. RDL distributes pharmaceutical products in Bangladesh from major multinational companies. RDL also distributes FMCG products, diagnostic equipment, chemicals, kits and stationery items manufactured by reputed companies. Currently, we have a vacancy for the position of "Senior Officer - HR" for the deserving candidate who is interested to be a part of the vibrant team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Receive and review Headcount (HC) requisition, ensuring timely completion of approval workflows in alignment with organizational manpower planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for both Management (MGT) and Non-Management (Non-MGT) employees.
Administer job confirmation processes and ensure completion in SAP, including salary breakdown and new salary entries.
Address and process disciplinary issues and coordinate different depot offices & DIFE for assuring labor compliance and associated issues.
Conduct training need assessments, develop training content, coordinate training programs, maintain records, and assist facilitators/trainers in program delivery.
Job Location: RDL Corporate Headquarters.
