  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both written and verbal are required.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate call center software and systems.

  • Clear articulation, positive phrasing, and active listening in customer conversation are required.

  • A positive attitude, patient, and empathetic towards customer queries.

  • Geographic knowledge of different locations of the country.



Responsibilities & Context:

Radiant Distributions Limited caters as the sole distributor of all manufacturing entities of Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its affiliated companies. RDL distributes pharmaceutical products in Bangladesh from major multinational companies. RDL also distributes diagnostic equipment, chemicals, kits and stationery items manufactured by reputed companies.

Currently, we have a vacancy for the position of "Customer Service Officer" for the deserving candidate who is interested to be a part of the vibrant team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt support for customer inquiries via phone and email communication.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively make outbound calls and follow-up as and when required.
  • Conduct proper customer verification processes as guided.
  • Identify trends of modern call center/customer service and follow them.

Job Location: RDL Corporate Headquarters.
