Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

HR ops, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in end to end process of recruitment & selection.
∎ Ensure all separations are done as per SOP.
∎ Initiate the final settlements and complete all within the lead time.
∎ Coordinate with all depot-offices and managers to provide on time HR support and service to stakeholders.
∎ Solve issues with HR operations relating to depot offices across the country.
∎ Analyze exit interviews to identify trends and sharing analytics to supervisor time to time.
∎ Analyze HR metrics time to time and sharing insights and reports to supervisor.
∎ Participate in strategic HR planning and sharing insights for a better ROI.
∎ Do day to day HR operational issues proactively and set a standard of high performance culture.
∎ Coordinate training programs as and when required.
∎ Maintain all HR operations following company policy in light of Bangladesh labor act/rules.
∎ Any other assignments as shared by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Analytical ability with HR matrix using different tools is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel/Advance MS Excel skill is required.
∎ Familiarity of SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
