Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed university.

Experience requirement:

Responsibilities & Context:

VX Services Limited is looking for a Junior Officer, HR & Admin to support smooth and efficient human resource and administrative operations. The role involves assisting with day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative support to ensure effective organizational functioning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
  • Support recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR database properly.
  • Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking process.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training, engagement programs, and company events.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
  • Support disciplinary processes.
  • Support HR audits and inspections.
  • Assist in inventory management and other administrative work
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
