Responsibilities & Context: VX Services Limited is looking for a Junior Officer, HR & Admin to support smooth and efficient human resource and administrative operations. The role involves assisting with day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative support to ensure effective organizational functioning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Support recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database properly.
- Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking process.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training, engagement programs, and company events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
- Support disciplinary processes.
- Support HR audits and inspections.
- Assist in inventory management and other administrative work
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters
- Any other task assigned by the management.
