- Candidate must be well versed in corporate attire, etiquette and culture.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, AutoCAD, Building Factory Design with 3d Visualization, Interior Design, Project Management.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture, Interior Design, Technical Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in preparing Detail Layout plans, Sections, 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Details Measurement.
- Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD, Sketch up, Lumion, V-ray, Photoshop and 3D Max software.
- Experienced with REVIT Software as a BIM Manager will add advantage.
- Presentation software knowledge with high standards will be given preference.
- Familiar with all types of design and construction code (BNBC, NFPA) standards.
- Comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications based on final design drawings.
- Ensured accurate quantity take-offs and clear documentation to support procurement and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
VX Services Limited is looking for a Senior Architect who will be innovative enough to oversee the client’s requirements of uplifting the office environment through interior design and implementation. Develop new ideas and sell them to clients to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Interior design and implementation in MNC offices, Shops, and Showrooms.
Manage and satisfy the client`s requirements through innovative designs and ideas.
Preparing design options and ideas as per project requirements.
Leading the project, implementation, and maintenance teams in an MNC environment.
Hand over the projects and close the deal with clients.
