Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • MBA/PGD in HRM (preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or personnel management.

• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

2. Manage recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

3. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

4. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

5. Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.

6. Coordinate training and development programs.

7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

8. Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, headcount, etc.).

9. Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.

10. Support HR budgeting and manpower planning.

11. Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.

12. Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company.

13. Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.

14. Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers` visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
