Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Lead performance management systems and support appraisal processes

  • Plan and conduct training & development programs

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics

  • Support management in organizational development and change initiatives

  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, SOPs, and office orders

  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement activities
