Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / quality management / industrial engineering or related field.
Master’s Degree (MBA / M. Tech) preferred.
Experience Requirements
• 12–18 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in handling ISO audits and regulatory inspections.
• Industry-specific experience (Ready-made Garments Manufacturing.)
preferred.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent are
highly desirable.

A. Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.
• Lead internal and external audits.
B. Quality Assurance & Control
• Oversee inspection and testing processes.
• Approve quality standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor quality KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
C. Continuous Improvement
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
D. Regulatory & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Maintain proper documentation and quality records.
E. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the Quality team.
• Conduct performance reviews and training needs assessments.
• Promote a quality-driven culture across the organization.
F. Customer & Supplier Quality
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
