• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Well spoken as native in English and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience working with UK/ EU buyers.

Strong exposure to jersey and woven fabrics.

Strong knowledge on fabric constructions, dyeing, printing and finishing processes.

Advance level presentation and reporting skills.

Hands on experience with fabrics testing standards like ISO, AATCC, ASTM, BS.

Clear understanding on color fastness, physical and chemical testing parameters.

Able to drive the fabrics team with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and able to manage multiple suppliers.

Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially aware.

Define and execute the company’s fabric sourcing and development strategy

Source fabrics from global markets.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local and international fabric mills.

Ensure fabric technical standards, testing protocols, and approval processes are consistently applied.

Guide fabric cost negotiations and commercial decisions.

Lead fabric-related buyer discussions, developments, and approvals
