Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification (preferred).

Experience Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Environmental Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry.
• Experience in handling ISO 14001 audits is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
• Good understanding of environmental compliance regulations.
• Documentation and report preparation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) as per ISO 14001 requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with local environmental laws and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor environmental aspects and impacts (air emission, wastewater, waste management, noise, etc.).
4. Maintain EMS documentation, records, manuals, and procedures.
5. Conduct internal EMS audits and assist during external certification audits.
6. Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Coordinate environmental monitoring and testing (water, air, noise).
8. Support environmental reporting to management and regulatory authorities.
9. Conduct environmental awareness training for employees.
10. Assist in sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation, water reduction, and waste minimization.
11. Monitor chemical handling, storage, and MSDS compliance.
12. Support continuous improvement of environmental performance indicators.
