Responsibilities & Context:
The position will be accountable for providing all operational support and leadership to maintain the highest levels of productivity as well as ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
Achieve daily sweater production targets with buyer-required quality standards.
Ensure maximum capacity utilization and minimize yarn waste.
Manage smooth production flow, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
Monitor knitting, linking, and finishing to ensure optimum output and floor discipline.
Set up production lines; control yarn consumption, costing, and inventory.
Track hourly production and take actions to improve efficiency.
Lead and supervise production staff with strong floor control.
Coordinate with merchandising, IE, buyers, and top management to resolve production issues.
