• 2 to 4 years

• 2 to 4 years

• Only Male

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles)

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

• Assist in procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods

• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly and ensuring the availability of materials needs for production

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch

• Coordinate logistics and transportation for inbound and outbound shipments

• Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain transactions

• Track orders and resolve delivery or supply issues

• Prepare reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance

• Communicate with internal departments (sales, production, finance) to align supply needs

• Ensure compliance with factory policies, buyer requirements and local laws

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with occasional visits to warehouses or supplier locations

• Accuracy of inventory records
