Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 30 years

• 5 years of experience in years of Engineering procurement or purchasing experience

• Exceptional strategic thinking and market planning capabilities, with strong business acumen and opportunity insight.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence and inspire internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Utilizing data analytics to assess spending patterns, interpret market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Clearly outlining requirements and building consensus among stakeholders.

• Managing purchasing budgets and navigating contract law.

• Proficiency in Enterprise software and digital procurement dashboards

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Insight local market and can output the report for ICT market.

• Cost analysis and can calculate the target price. Identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors capable of providing the best value, reliability, and quality.

• Securing favorable pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Executing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking inventory levels.

• Monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery or defect issues, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

• Review contracts and agreements for compliance clauses and regulatory implications.

• Monitor for policy violations, investigations, and incident trends. Prepare clear, concise reports for senior leadership and the board as needed.
